Viola

Ugne Tiškutė is a Lithuanian-born violist and a versatile performer and teacher. She plays as a member of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London and is active as a concert violist around the UK and Europe.

Ugne began her musical studies at the age of six, inspired by her mother, who herself was a violinist. She moved to London in 2009 and completed her Bachelor's, Master's and Advance Diploma degrees with Distinction at the Royal Academy of Music. She is an active member of Ensemble Mirage and is also a member of the international jury for the London Young Musician competition.

In her spare time, Ugne enjoys salsa dancing, various sports and walking her dog, Rio.
